Moving Forward Post-THCA

For two decades, we’ve operated in the margins where legality blurs, innovation thrives, and survival depends on reading the terrain faster than regulators can redraw it. We’ve watched markets rise on loopholes and fall to crackdowns. We’ve seen hype weaponized, compliance weaponized, and middlemen scapegoated.

Now the terrain has shifted again—suddenly, decisively, without grace period. The government funding bill has passed, and with it comes the most sweeping prohibition since the dawn of the hemp era. Overnight, 95% of the industry is gone. Only seed and fiber remain. Everything else, THCA, Delta‑8, CBD with trace THC, hemp drinks, vapes, gummies, has been erased by law.

THCA was never a long-term play. It was a compound born of ambiguity, scaled by frenzy, and destined for federal scrutiny. Now, as the ban takes effect immediately and the industry scrambles to rebrand or retreat, we’re already elsewhere.

All of our hemp products excluding fiber and seeds have now been removed from our catalog. Their time is done.
